This comprehensive guide outlines roles from junior/associate levels all the way to principal product design roles, covering competencies, skills, and abilities for each. To ensure its effectiveness, I surveyed the team's existing skill sets and domain expertise, uncovering strengths and areas for improvement. This insight allowed me to collaborate closely with our Employee Experience business partners to create targeted growth and development plans.
